A Foundation for Recovery

A Place for All Alliance believes that housing is healthcare. Without a safe place to sleep, recovery is impossible.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to acquiring and maintaining high-quality homes across Cape Cod & the Islands. We serve individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness (SMI), providing them not just with a roof, but with the stability needed to thrive.

See Our Approach

Who We Serve

Our focus is on our local neighbors—mothers, brothers, and friends—who require affordable housing solutions tailored to their mental health needs.

Stabilty-Based Model

We follow a stability-based independent living approach for people who demonstrate a readiness and willingness to engage in a community of recovery.

One-Bedroom Independence

Our Phase I plan focuses on creating 16-20 individual one-bedroom apartments, ensuring autonomy and privacy for our residents.

Access for All Ages

Unlike many affordable units on the Cape, our housing is not age-restricted, bridging the critical gap for non-elderly adults with SMI.
